Exercise Dream Journal

Start your own dream journal. As soon as you wake up, write it down. If you don’t have the time, make a short voice-recording of the dream, and complete it by writing it down later on during the day. The dreams will respond by coming up in amore and more vivid way.

Exercise Look at your dreams

Which themes do you recognize? Which selves are active? The dream ego: which primary self. Which disowned selves play a part in the dreams. Do you see a development?

Exercise Share your dreams

Find a dream buddy or small dream sharing group. Respond to each other’s dreams in the following way:  “If it was my dream….” To respond in this way, you don’t have to be an expert. Just feel free to share your responses, it can be that you share your physical reaction to the dream or part of the dream, an image etc.. This ‘simple’ sharing and responding stimulates our connection with the connection with the unconscious and the dream-weaver.
