10.3 How to remember your dreams

  • Setting an intent: ask the universe for a dream about a certain dream that you are dealing with. Write this down before going to bed or going to sleep. Trusting that the universe will answer you in due time. 

  • Put a dream journal next to your bed.

  • before opening your eyes when you wake up; don’t move, and try to verbalize your experience, once you have a few words. If you have a few words, write them down in a dream journal.  

  • Before going to bed; make some doodlings with your non-dominant hand.

  • Visualize a beautiful blue colour in your throat area before going to sleep.
